The second global 'Summit for the Future 2006', will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 3 to 5 May 2006.

Organised by the Club of Amsterdam, the event will bring together leading thinkers to discuss significant global challenges and opportunities. The speakers will focus on the subject of risk and the role of risk in innovation and global growth.

The summit consists of plenary sessions as well as interactive workshops and lectures. The workshops are organised in five parallel knowledge streams: life sciences; media & entertainment; trade - Asian leadership?; healthcare and corporate governance.
