I have no problem guessing that John Jost is on the “Left� (Opinion, June 15). I can almost hear his teeth grinding as he writes almost neutral remarks about the Right.
Most self-confessed liberals hold prejudicial attitudes about those who do not agree with “liberal� attitudes to sex and towards religions.
Such prejudices are denied by the claim that liberals “are significantly less likely
to hold prejudicial attitudes�.
We all have prejudices. However, some people are aware of them, and they
are able to evaluate their actions.
