Roger Kline has received many plaudits after his pledge to publish his monthly expenses online to show that he is not spending Natfhe members' hard-earned subscription payments on his personal campaign to be elected general secretary of the UCU. But just days after the announcement, some delegates at Natfhe's conference were overheard muttering that the union had stumped up for photocopying so that his conference speech could be circulated among delegates and the press.
