Second meeting for the negotiation of an EU-China cooperation agreement concerning a civil Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) will be held on 18 and 19 September 2003.

Member States' representatives are invited to attend on the spot to assist the Commission throughout the meeting. (Upon arrival at the MoST, contact Mr YIN Jun).

The inauguration of the China-Europe GNSS Technical Training and Cooperation Centre (CENC), to which Member States' representatives are also invited, will take place at 14.00 on 19 September 2003.
