An e-library designed to give researchers from former Soviet republics access to electronic journals and databases is now online.
Researchers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan will be able to use the service until at least mid-2005.
