Charity Commonwheels has teamed up with Bucks New University to provide an on-campus green car club for employees and students. The club aims to reduce single-occupancy car journeys to and from the university campus and, ultimately, to decrease carbon emissions. The university has launched the club by providing two new low-emission Volkswagen Polos. It plans to expand the fleet as the scheme becomes more popular.
