Commission Decision of 17 February 2006 concerning certain protection measures in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds in the Community and repealing Decisions , , , , and (notified under document number C(2006) 554) (OJ L48/28 18.2.2006).
Article 11 - Compliance
All Member States shall immediately adopt and publish the measures necessary to comply with this Decision.
