An international conference on the theme of 'communicating objects' and new mobile services will take place in Brussels on 2 June.
The one-day event aims at bringing together a number of active parties and those interested in the short to medium-term evolution of 'communicating objects' such as Near Field Communication (NFC) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies.
The event is being organised within the scope of a number of EU funded information society technologies (IST) projects of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), namely NGN-LAB; 6NET; Euro6; EGEE; and Eurolabs.
