EICTA welcomes the opportunity to provide comments on this second draft Community Framework for State Aid for Research and Development and Innovation (R&D&I).
Having provided an extensive reply to the consultation on DG Competition's first draft of April 20, 2006, EICTA wishes to re-iterate its comments on the first draft, which are still largely applicable and therefore form integral part of the digital technology industry's contribution to the consultation.
