Enhancing transparency from farm to fork

The fifth international food safety conference, 'Enhancing transparency from farm to fork', will take place in Paris, France, from 1 to 3 February.

Organised by CIES, a global food business network, the conference will focus on enhancing transparency in the food chain.

Through a combination of plenary and other sessions, stakeholders will be able to obtain cutting-edge knowledge and understanding of food safety issues; learn how to implement tools to improve food safety, and understand how leading retailers and suppliers deal with food safety issues through relevant case studies. The conference also offers a forum for debate on themes such as traceability; packaging; labelling and allergens; auditor competence and training; food legislation and regulations and employee food safety training and consumer education.
