A one day 'Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) best practice update' workshop will take place on 22 June in Brussels.

This event seeks to address issues relating to the financial management of FP6 projects, including common problems relating to:

• eligibility of costs;
• accounting for the costs incurred;
• assessing risk;
• working with outside auditors;
• preparing for a Commission audit.

The workshop will draw on a number of case study examples, as well as the latest guidelines from the Commission.
