Festus Mogae, Botswana's president and university chancellor, has appointed Bojosi Khebetu Otlhogile vice-chancellor of the country's only university for a three-year term. He succeeds US academic Sharon Siverts, who is now vice-chancellor at the private Kampala International University in Uganda.
