The annual meeting for those involved in Germany's Networks of Competence will take place on 3 March in Berlin.

Some 120 networks in 18 different innovation fields are currently in operation, bringing together 34 innovative regions. The themes for this year's meeting will be:
- international cooperation in cross-border networks;
- financing models and partners;
- evaluation of results and network activities.

State Secretary Wolf-Michael Catenhusen from the Ministry for Education and Research will attend the event, along with several renowned academics and industrialists.
