Glasgow University has been doing its bit for town-gown relations by sending a newsletter, Prospect, to 50,000 neighbouring households. The university management has just received an incandescent letter from Outraged of the West End, condemning the university's appalling secretiveness, and complaining that she would never have known about their building plans if she had not read about them in Prospect.
