The European Commission's Information Society and Media DG has published a call for tenders for networks of innovation in information society development and deployment in Europe.

The objectives of the study are:
- assessment of the effectiveness of network collaboration and knowledge transfers between IST-RTD, innovation and deployment of the information society;
- identification of where and how the links between IST-RTD, innovation and deployment could be strengthened at EU level
