Oxford University has proudly announced the 11th spin-off company in two years from its commercial arm, Isis Innovation.
The company, called ThirdPhase Limited, is developing a system for safely reporting and tracking clinical trial data over the internet and has already started operating from its new premises - on Cambridge Science Park.
