An international symposium on the processing of industrial minerals will take place on 16 and 17 June in Falmouth, the UK.

Although there are many operations worldwide treating a wide range of industrial minerals, processing problems are often similar. The aim of this conference is therefore to bring together operators and scientists from apparently disparate fields, ranging from cement to potash processing, to discuss common problems encountered in comminution, classification, flotation, physical separation, dewatering and other areas.
