It's a tricky business

The Open University Business School could perhaps itself benefit from some management training. Prospective alumni bombarded its switchboard recently, worried their MBA degree certificates would be printed with the wrong names. Their anxiety stemmed from receiving one of 750 questionnaires the MBA Alumni Association had sent out containing the wrong names and birthdates. The OUBS is investigating and the awards and ceremonies office has assured The Diary that it works from its own unbungled database.
