It is never a good idea to allow your friends to send rude emails to your work address. But staff at Bath University need to be especially careful. In an effort to avoid falling foul of the 20-day rule for replying to Freedom of Information Act requests, all staff going on holiday must allow their mail and email to be opened in their absence.
