The European Commission has published a prior information notice of a call for tenders for monitoring and analysis of policies and financing instruments for research and development (R&D) in the public and private sectors.

The budget for the call is 1.3 billion euro, and the scheduled date for the start of the award procedure is 15.4.2005.
