The Model Contract Working Group

The Model Contract Working Group was set up by the research DGs to work on the drafting of model contracts for the new instruments for the Sixth Framework Programme. The working group has also been mandated to hold regular meetings with representatives of Member States and Associated States.

In order to foster discussion and comment, the working documents of the group are made available on this site. You should note that they are only draft, initial discussion documents and do not reflect the final position of the Commission on these issues. The final documents are dependant upon the outcome of the discussions and decisions relating to the Framework Programmes, the Specific Programmes, and the Rules on Participation for the Sixth Framework Programme.
