The Sixth Framework Programme project NO-REST (the networked organisations - research into standards and standardisation) is organising a workshop on the impact of standards in the ICT sector. The event will take place on May in Sophia Antipolis, France.

The goal of the event is to develop a better understanding of the impacts that standards may have in the e-business and ICT sectors, and to explore different approaches to assessing these impacts.

The focus will be on:
- presenting the main results of the NO-REST project;
- presentations and insights from external experts;
- joint discussions.
