Ozone in the food industry: workshop - Bremerhaven, 27 November

A workshop on the use of ozone for cleaning and disinfection purposes in the food industry will be held in Bremerhaven, Germany on November.

At the workshop, partners in the EU-funded OZONECIP project will present the foundation they have developed for cleaning and disinfection. Scientists and representatives of the industry will use case studies to outline the possibilities and constraints for the food industry of a cleaning process based on ozone.
