- List of topics on which there could be open debates at meetings of the Council (Article 8 para 3 of the Council's Rules of Procedure)

1. Attached is the list of the of topics on which the Presidency proposes to hold open debates at meetings of the Council during the first half of 2006, pursuant to Article 8 para 3 of the Council's Rules of Procedure.

2. COREPER is invited to adopt the attached list as a procedural decision.
