A workshop on project management under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Hamburg, Germany, on 7 and 8 September.

The event is aimed at equipping participants with a knowledge and understanding of the particular demands of project management for EU projects. It is aimed at project managers, as well as prospective consortium managers and other participants in FP6 who wish to have a grasp of the practicalities involved.

The workshop will emphasise practical management techniques, and will include several case studies.
