Competitiveness (Internal market, Industry and Research) Council meeting Brussels, 28 and 29 November 2005
The Council adopted a decision authorising the Commission to open negotiations on the renewal of the agreement for scientific and technical cooperation in the domain of Intelligent Manufacturing Systems with ߣߣÊÓƵ, Canada, Japan, Korea, the USA and the EFTA States of Norway and Switzerland.
