Delegations will find attached in Annex a revised text from the Luxembourg Presidency concerning the parts "Cooperation" and "People" of the proposal for a Decision of the European Parliament and the Council concerning the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Community for research, technological development and demonstration activities (2007 - 2013).

New text is underlined.

This takes account of delegations' comments and suggested amendments presented in the Research Working Party as well as discussions at the Competitiveness Councils during the Luxembourg Presidency.
