The European Commission has published a call for tenders for a study on innovative small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) working in the information and communication technologies (ICT) field in Europe.

The subject of the contract is to provide DG INFSO with a clear understanding of the innovative ICT SME landscape in Europe (EU25), thus offering valuable input to the formulation of Community policies and programmes for research and innovation in ICT.
