A symposium to examine emerging quantum technologies and their impact on industry and society will take place from 29 August to 2 September in Cambridge, UK.
The event will bring together industry technologists, scientific researchers, graduate students, entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers, who will address various aspects of near-term quantum change. These range from new techniques in nanoscale engineering, improved metrology devices, the latest secure communications systems and emerging quantum computing devices, to quantum applications in chemical engineering, and the potential discovery of new materials.
The event is being organised by the Cambridge-MIT Institute's Quantum Technologies Group.
