A sponsorship deal will see the University of Chester's name on the back of players' shirts at the Warrington Wolves rugby league football club. The arrangement strengthens existing ties between the university and the club, which trains on its Warrington campus three times a week. Chris Haslam, pro vice-chancellor for corporate development, said: "This epitomises the close and pioneering partnership that has been developed between the university and one of the North West's top professional sports teams."
