The American Association of University Professors has protested that FBI apologies are inadequate for the behaviour of two sheriff's deputies assisting the bureau's Joint Terrorism Task Force after they questioned students at Pomona College about the teaching of a history professor and critic of US policy towards Venezuela. The deputies visited Miguel Tinker-Salas at his office without appointment.
