A workshop on promoting an innovation culture in the regions will take place in Liverpool, UK, on and 28 October.

The aim of this workshop, jointly organised by the Innovating Regions in Europe (IRE) Secretariat and the Northwest Development Agency, is to present regional initiatives that successfully address the issue of regional innovation culture. The event will include examples of schemes aiming to promote an innovation culture among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit in a region and create innovative environments.
