The Basque delegation in Brussels, in cooperation with Erisa (the European Regional Information Society Association) and the Committee of the Regions, is organising a presentation of the second World Summit of cities and Local Authorities in the Information Society, which will be held in Brussels on 4 March.

The actual summit will be held in Bilbao from 9 to 11 of November 2005 as part of the preparatory process of the 'World Summit on the Information Society', organised by the United Nations.
