Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, high-quality research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including mixed-methods and/or program evaluation approaches. Demonstrated experience in the evaluation of health, workforce, education and/or service delivery initiatives, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting. Demonstrated ability to support and build research capacity among clinicians, students, health professionals and/or community partners, including mentoring or supervision activities. Demonstrated experience in research project coordination and stakeholder engagement, including the ability to work collaboratively with rural health services, clinicians, students, Aboriginal communities and external partners. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight, assessment, and support, including running individual and group-supervision sessions, for students undertaking a placement as part of the Master of Psychology (Clinical and Health) programs at Adelaide University.  The team This role involves working within a small supervision team, and working in co-ordination with adjoining private clinic, and with other disciplines, to develop and deliver the highest quality placement experience to best prepare the next generation of psychologists.
